2026 Bootcamp Agenda

8:45am: Arrival & Networking

9.00am: Welcome and Introduction

9.00am: The Story We Tell Ourselves (Jenny Field) – Every one of us is living from a story. A story about who we are, what we are capable of and what we believe is possible for us. This talk explores how that story is created through experience, repetition and the way we speak to ourselves. How the brain takes those words as instruction, not opinion, and responds accordingly. What starts as protection can quietly start limiting us and shaping our confidence, behaviour and the choices we think we are allowed to make. This session brings understanding to why the inner voice sounds the way it does and why trying to silence it or replace it rarely works. Instead it offers awareness. And awareness is where change begins. When the story we tell ourselves starts to shift the body responds differently, the nervous system softens and new choices become available.

9.45am: Strategic Visibility: Building Credibility and Connection (Vicky Stokes) – Being visible does not have to mean being loud or constantly online. For a lot of businesses, the most effective visibility comes from who you are connected to and where you show up.

This session is about building visibility through partnerships, collaborations, and PR that feel right for your business and reflect your values. We’ll look at how to spot the right opportunities, choose partners that make sense, and focus your energy where it will have the most impact.

You’ll leave with clearer ideas on how to show up, who to align with, and how to build visibility in a way that feels natural, consistent, and genuinely useful for your business.

10.30am: Break

11.00am: Make Your Social Media Work Smarter, Not Harder (India Elsom) – Are you really making the most of your social media, or just posting and hoping for the best? Join India, founder of Engage Social Media & Marketing Agency, as she shares 10 practical, results-driven tips; from optimising your bio and building a strategy that actually fits your brand, to creating scroll-stopping content that grabs attention and drives growth.

11.45am: Create Engaging Video Content for Social Media (Naomi Strudley) – Short-form video is one of the most effective ways to reach new customers, build trust, and bring your brand to life. In this interactive session, Naomi will guide you through the essentials of creating videos using just your phone. She’ll guide you through simple filming techniques, easy editing approaches, and ideas on how to create content that genuinely connects with your audience. You’ll walk away with a bank of simple, adaptable ideas that you can tailor to your business, along with the confidence to film and edit videos straight from your phone.

12.30pm: Lunch and Networking

1.30pm: Brand Vision Moodboard Workshop (Lu Underwood) – For this very special Bootcamp experience, Lu brings together both sides of her business to create something truly meaningful. The session is designed to spark creativity and support participants in visually defining themselves and their brand. Attendees will take part in a calm, hands-on experience. This creates space to step back, reflect on their business, and build a personal Brand Vision Moodboard. Using materials, images, words, and quotes, each brand VIBE is brought to life. Everyone will leave with a beautifully framed piece to take home. It becomes a visual reminder to sit alongside them as they continue their business journey. Each VIBE is built around core values, brand colours, the feeling they want their customers to experience, quotes that align with intentions, vision, mission, and legacy. Participants are also invited to bring a client testimonial. This is woven into the moodboard as a final, powerful finishing touch.

2.30pm: Networking Break

3.15pm: Q&A Panel: Marketing in 2026 and Beyond. What Should Small Businesses Prepare For? – This session explores what marketing will mean for small businesses in 2026 and beyond through an open discussion with our speakers. You gain clear insight into the trends and shifts that matter most. You leave with practical guidance that helps you stay visible and prepared for what comes next.

4.00pm – Wrap up & Finish

Jenny Field
NLP Mindset Coach & Author, Just Being Me

Jenny Field is a deep structure NLP mindset coach who describes herself as a self belief expert.

Her life journey has been shaped by resilience and personal growth. After leaving home at 16, Jenny went on to achieve a criminology degree while raising three children as a single parent. She later spent nearly 20 years working in the domestic abuse sector, managing projects and supporting highly vulnerable individuals. This experience deepened her understanding of resilience, boundaries, and the power of self belief. After experiencing burnout, she made the decision to step back and prioritise her own wellbeing.

Following several unexpected losses, Jenny began a deeper period of self reflection and personal realignment. In early 2023, she identified as neurodiverse, a realisation that brought clarity and understanding to her experiences.

Later that year, Jenny founded Just Being Me. Her mission is to help people understand who they truly are, recognise their worth, and shift limiting internal dialogue. At the heart of her work is a simple truth. Self belief is the foundation for lasting change. When belief shifts, new possibilities open.
