What is the Marketing Roadmap?
The Marketing Roadmap takes you step by step through the foundations of marketing your business with clarity and confidence. Each session builds on the last, guiding you to define your brand, understand your audience, choose the right channels, and create a content strategy that fits.
Session One – Business Goals, Brand Values & Positioning
Set the foundations by defining your goals, brand statement, and USP. We’ll also shape your tone of voice and personality so your marketing feels authentic.
Session Two – Audience, Messaging & Core Offering
Get clear on who you’re talking to, what they need, and how to communicate it. We’ll build detailed personas and refine your core messaging.
Session Three – Channels, Visibility & Customer Journey
Discover what’s working (and what’s not). We’ll map your customer journey and focus on the right channels to grow your reach and impact.
Session Four – Resources, Campaigns & Reporting
Create your campaign plan, budget, and simple reporting framework, so you can track success and make smart decisions.
Session Five – Content Creation
Bring it all together with a content strategy and plan built around your goals, audience, and message. You’ll leave ready to create with purpose.

How It Works
The Marketing Roadmap runs in small, supportive cohorts three times a year — January, May, and September.
